The meeting with the Federation of Sailing and the Football Federation of persons with cerebral paralysis was held at ICAS headquarters.

Vasily Kravchenko - Head of the Council of the Federation of Sailing Alexey Klimkin - Director of the Department of Public Relations of the Football Federation of people with cerebral paralysis arrived at the ICAS headquarters to meet with ICAS General Secretary Vladimir Fomin and ICAS Development Director Igor Fedorov.

The key issue was the need to create committees on sailing and football for disabled people.
In the framework of the working meeting, important issues that corresponded to the ideological component of the ICAS were touched upon. First of all, we are talking about non-discrimination in amateur sports.
